About the Role We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Developer. As a Customer AI Implementation Engineer you will design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical implementation . You'll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams—ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.
