Role Overview
💡
My Client is launching massive, high-impact global projects incorporating AI technology across multiple international subsidiaries. With 26 projects currently in the pipeline and 6 major implementations prioritized, we need a specialist
AI Privacy Risk Consultant
to join an expert Subject Matter Expert (SME) POD.
This is
not
a design, framework-building, or legal role—the frameworks are already in motion. We need a hands-on AI Privacy SME who thrives in the "grey space," navigating the unknown, and translating complex data privacy risks into actionable, layman's terms for stakeholders ranging from operational teams to C-Suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
🎯
* Risk Triaging \& Scoping:
Support the "pre-blueprint" triage phase to evaluate, prioritize, and risk-assess 26 live project candidates for global rollout.
* Privacy \& Risk Mapping:
Lead data inventories, end-to-end data flow mapping, model training risk assessments, and the identification of required human-in-the-loop oversight/controls.
* Governance \& Escalation:
Establish robust risk escalation processes, control frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms tailored to individual subsidiary requirements.
* Stakeholder Enablement:
Work directly with operational teams and C-level decision-makers to challenge assumptions, explain technical AI privacy risks clearly, and drive risk-conscious execution.
* Agile Problem Solving:
Operate within a multidisciplinary SME POD to solve undefined problems, build pragmatic controls, and navigate unchartered operational territory.
Candidate Profile \& Experience
🔍
* Core Expertise:
Deep, proven experience in
AI Risk, Privacy, and Controls
within enterprise-scale environments.
* Agile \& Adaptable Mindset:
Strong background in consultancy (e.g., Big 4 or fast-paced project environments) with a track record of entering "the unknown" and figuring out complex solutions from scratch.
* Communication Skills:
Ability to challenge senior executive stakeholders effectively and articulate technical privacy and AI concepts in simple, business-focused terms.
* Industry Background:
Enterprise logo experience is essential. Direct experience in
Healthcare, Life Sciences (HLS), Pharma, or Medical Devices
is highly advantageous.
* What We Are NOT Looking For:
Pure legal advisors, generic IT change/program analysts, or senior consultants looking strictly to design theoretical frameworks. We need an agile practitioner who executes.
