We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking AI Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join the troop and help shape our digital future. The Role: Level 3 AI Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice There is nothing else like this role available in the area. Working directly alongside our Marketing team, you will learn how to build, run, and optimise real-world marketing campaigns while mastering the absolute latest in digital strategy and AI technology. Through our official training provider, Cambridge Marketing College, you will gain a nationally recognised Level 3 AI Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship over 15 months (plus EPA), complete with accredited Carbon Literacy training and expert 1-to-1 tutoring. No past experience in marketing or AI? No problem! You don't need a background in coffee or marketing to apply. If you have the drive, passion, and curiosity, we will teach you the craft. What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day · The Campaign Creator: Planning, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and multi-channel platforms to spread the Two Chimps word. · The Content \& AI Wizard: Using cutting-edge AI tools for prompting, content creation, workflow automation, and reporting to make our marketing punchier and faster. · The Market Researcher: Studying customer behaviour, gathering data, and working out what makes our B2B and retail coffee lovers tick. · The Brand Ambassador: Creating engaging content that brings the Two Chimps energy to life online and at live events. · The Thinker: Collaborating on creative strategy while maintaining ethical, transparent, and sustainable marketing practices. Salary \& Working Hours Salary: UK National Apprenticeship Wage. Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours a week (includes dedicated, paid off-the-job training time to complete your college modules).
