AI Adoption/Solutions Architect - Up to £140k + Bonus

Job Title: AI Adoption/Solutions Architect Client: Leading FinTech Firm Salary: Up to £140k + Bonus Location: London (Hybrid) Sells: End-to-end AI ownership, genuine production AI, cutting-edge Microsoft tech, high-impact greenfield projects, AI adoption, strong engineering culture, significant autonomy A leading fintech are searching for an AI Adoption/Solutions Architect to join their growing AI \& Innovation team and drive AI implementation and adoption across the business. You'll own solutions end-to-end translating business requirements into technical designs, taking them through governance/Solution Design Authority and ultimately into production. Role: * Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio \& Power Platform * Take ownership of technical design and drive solutions through architectural governance * Work across AI Governance, AI Product Delivery \& AI Adoption (You'll do a bit of all 3!) * Ensure robust guardrails, security and controls are built into solutions * Work closely with engineering and business teams to take AI solutions into production Skills/Experience: * Strong engineering / technical architecture background * Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production * Strong GenAI / LLM experience, ideally including RAG and AI agents * Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio or Power Platform * Experience taking solutions through formal architecture/governance processes * Financial Services highly preferred ; large enterprise experience also considered
