Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and LLM solutions across our front-office trading operations. You will orchestrate initiatives spanning agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for market intelligence, synthetic market data generation, and automated deal-assist tooling. Precision communication is vital. Operating at the intersection of high-pressure trading desks and frontier AI engineering, you must articulate complex LLM behavior, system latency, and model risk into clear commercial impact for traders, originators, and executive leaders. Key Responsibilities * GenAI \& LLM Product Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle of generative AI initiatives—from prompt evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning, and RAG pipeline engineering to containerized production deployment and latency optimization. * Front-Office Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the principal bridge between trading desks, quant researchers, and platform engineers. Run steercos, translate commercial requirements into AI use cases, manage trading floor expectations, and clearly report delivery progress and ROI. * GenAI Governance \& Risk: Implement robust guardrails for enterprise LLM deployment, managing hallucination thresholds, data leakage prevention, model lineage, bias detection, and compliance with trading regulatory standards. * Agile Execution \& Architecture: Coordinate technical dependencies across cloud foundations (Azure/AWS, Databricks), vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus), foundational model APIs, and core ETRM/CTRM trade-capture platforms. Key Requirements * Track Record: 5+ years managing complex technical software delivery, with proven hands-on experience leading Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), or NLP systems into production. * Domain Knowledge: Prior delivery experience within energy trading, commodities (power, gas, oil, LNG, carbon), or investment banking. * Exceptional Communication: Outstanding executive presence and verbal/written communication; capable of distilling cutting-edge AI concepts into actionable commercial insights under fast-paced trading floor dynamics. * Technical Acumen: Practical understanding of modern GenAI stacks—vector stores, embeddings, RAG architectures, prompt engineering frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), agentic orchestrations, and LLM evaluation metrics. * Governance \& Delivery Discipline: Strong foundation in Agile delivery paired with rigorous dependency, cost-per-token tracking, and risk management.
