We're looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to help organisations adopt and scale modern AI development practices while solving complex, business-critical engineering challenges. In this role, you'll lead small multidisciplinary teams, work closely with clients, and play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into software engineering workflows. What you'll be doing: * Lead the delivery of AI-driven software engineering projects. * Help clients adopt agentic AI tools and modern development practices. * Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions. * Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams. * Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on key technical decisions. * Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity and software delivery. What we're looking for: * Strong technical leadership and team mentoring experience. * Commercial experience with one or more of: * Java * C#/.NET * Python * JavaScript * TypeScript * Experience designing and delivering well-architected software solutions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * A genuine interest in AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and developer productivity. * A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. * Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
