About Us
Cevitr is a UK-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that helps organisations enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort and scale sustainably. We deliver digital workmates, AI-powered solutions and consultancy services that simplify complex workflows — making automation and AI accessible across a wide range of industries.
We work at the forefront of both RPA and emerging AI technologies, partnering with clients to modernise processes and transform the way they work.
The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity to build a career at the intersection of IT, automation and AI. You'll join our Service Delivery team, supporting real-world automation solutions deployed across a range of clients — gaining hands-on experience with business applications, RPA platforms and operational troubleshooting from day one.
You'll play an important role in monitoring automated processes, identifying and resolving issues, and working directly with both clients and our development teams. No prior RPA or AI experience is required — we're looking for someone who is curious, technically minded and genuinely enjoys solving problems. With the right attitude, this role provides a clear foundation to grow within a rapidly expanding field.
Working Hours
This is a full-time, office-based role. It includes a weekend support rota of approximately 1 in 4 weekends to monitor and support client automation processes. Time off in lieu (TOIL) is provided for all weekend working.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage automated processes across client environments, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
* Identify, log and escalate automation errors to the development team with accurate, timely information
* Review process outputs and spot anomalies as automations execute
* Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide updates and support
* Work with developers to investigate, triage and resolve process failures
* Build a working understanding of RPA process flowcharts and sequences to support faster troubleshooting
* Review and maintain process documentation and output reports for assigned clients
What We're Looking For
* Clear communicator — able to take in information from client interactions, documentation and process videos and translate it into action
* Methodical troubleshooter — comfortable investigating computer-based processes to identify where things have gone wrong
* Organised and detail-oriented — able to spot anomalies and manage files and records accurately across multiple clients
* Collaborative — works well within a team and can engage constructively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with a range of business applications is a plus
* A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the processes and clients in your care
Career Progression
Cevitr has a defined, structured career pathway within the Service Delivery team. You'll join as a Trainee Service Delivery Associate, progressing to Junior Service Delivery Associate on successful completion of your six-month probation. From there, the pathway moves through Service Delivery Associate and Senior Service Delivery Associate, with Team Leader and Regional/Global Leader positions available to those who demonstrate the right capabilities. Promotions are reviewed and awarded annually each September, with clear targets at each grade so you always know what's expected to move forward.
This is a business with genuine ambition — over the next three years, we're expanding our Service Delivery presence into the US, which creates real opportunities for those who grow with us.
Please be aware that we do not provide Visa Sponsorship, and candidates must have the eligibility to work in the UK.
