AI / ML / Software Engineer

We are currently hiring for our client who is looking to hire around 25 full-time employees to build an AI Centre of Excellence across London, UK. Candidate Profile: Exceptional early-career AI/technology talent , primarily: · Fresh graduates through to candidates with 6–12 months of experience. · Exceptional academic background. · MSc, MS, MTech, or PhD candidates preferred. · Strong technical and research capability. · Candidates should have worked on meaningful academic, research, internship, or industry projects. · Fresh graduates are absolutely acceptable, provided the academic and technical profile is strong. · For UK candidates, international graduates currently on the Graduate Route/PSW/ILR can also be considered. Three Primary Talent Tracks 1. AI / ML / Software Engineering Targeting candidates with exposure to: * Artificial Intelligence * Machine Learning * Deep Learning * Generative AI * LLMs * NLP * Computer Vision * AI Engineering * Data Science * Python / PyTorch / TensorFlow * RAG / LLM applications * AI Agents 2. AI Research / Algorithms Focusing particularly on candidates with strong research/academic backgrounds in: * Machine Learning research * Deep Learning * AI algorithms * NLP / Computer Vision * Reinforcement Learning * Mathematical modelling * Algorithms * LLM research * AI research PhD candidates/fresh PhD graduates are particularly relevant for this track. 3.
