All about the role As the AI Solutions Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. This is a hybrid role with a 2/3 day split between our Bradford HQ and your UK home base. Key Responsibilities * Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools, validating any AI generated code * Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting) * Develop AI-powered assistants for: + Quote generation + Customer analysis + Email drafting + Sales forecasting * Integrate apps with CRM systems * Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback * Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions * Ensure data security and compliance standards are met Essential Skills for the role * A track record in AI Solutions Engineering * Strong Python / Dotnet experience * The ability to translate business requirements into working AI-Driven Solutions, producing production quality output whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met. * Experience in creating pipelines \& version control.
