The role will focus on leveraging Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, automation technologies, and intelligent virtual agents to enhance employee experience, optimize IT operations, improve service desk efficiency, and enable autonomous workplace support capabilities. This aligns with Digital Workplace Services initiatives such as AI-powered service desks, intelligent collaboration, agentic AI, and workplace automation.
