Framework Design \& Strategy Develop, implement, and maintain the end-to-end AI Governance Framework across the entire machine learning lifecycle (MLOps/LLMOps).Regulatory Compliance Ensure all AI solutions comply with evolving global frameworks, including the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.Risk \& Impact Assessment Supervise daily algorithmic impact assessments, conduct bias detection, and enforce technical guardrails against security threats (e.g., hallucinations, prompt injection).Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with data science, legal, cybersecurity, and product teams to translate complex AI risks into actionable, everyday business guardrails.Policy Enforcement Define policies for data provenance, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and acceptable use of third-party AI vendor tools.Stakeholder Enablement Conduct ongoing training and awareness programs to foster a secure, responsible AI culture across the enterprise. Required Qualifications Experience 6–10 years of progressive experience in technology risk, cybersecurity governance, data governance, MLOps, or AI risk management.Technical Acumen Practical understanding of machine learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.Regulatory Knowledge Deep working knowledge of AI ethical principles and prominent regulatory frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).Soft Skills Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance for technical teams.Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Business, or Risk Management.
