They already have paying customers and meaningful revenue and are now hiring a Founding AI Platform Engineer to help build the technical foundation alongside the founders. You’ll own 👇 • Production AI agent architectures — RAG, retrieval, routing \& tool use • Backend systems and APIs powering the platform • Evaluation, observability and reliability of AI systems • Developer tooling, CI/CD and AI-native engineering workflows Looking for 🧠 Strong Python/backend engineering experience with hands-on production experience building LLM agents, RAG or AI-powered systems.
