They’re looking for an AI Engineer to join a small, highly technical team and help build the next generation of their AI platform. This isn't a role where you'll simply be wrapping an LLM API. You'll be working across: 🤖 LLM-based systems 🐍 Production Python 📊 AI evaluation \& experimentation 🔍 Debugging non-deterministic AI systems 🧠 Prompt/program optimisation 🎥 Multimodal AI across documents, images \& video ⚙️ Production deployment \& observability 🔄 Human feedback \& continuous optimisation The company is now entering an exciting phase of growth following a recent seed round. You'll have genuine ownership over the AI systems you build, working directly with senior technical leadership in a small team where your work will have a visible impact. 💰 £75,000–£85,000 + share options 🏡 Remote anywhere in the UK 🇬🇧 Occasional London meetups 🌱 Early-stage environment with significant scope to influence the product 📚 Learning budget + conference opportunities 3+ years' experience across AI/ML, LLMs or applied AI and strong Python engineering skills is required.
