AI AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities: * Build AI-driven automation solutions for Digital Workplace and IT Service Desk. * Develop AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI . * Implement Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based automation . * Automate ITSM workflows including ticket classification, summarization, routing, knowledge generation, and self-service. * Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform . * Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps . * Ensure AI governance, security, monitoring, and operational excellence. Must-Have Skills: * Azure OpenAI, GPT/LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents/Agentic AI * Microsoft Copilot \& Copilot Studio * Power Automate / Power Apps * Python / PowerShell / REST APIs / JSON * Azure / Azure AI Foundry / Azure DevOps * ServiceNow * LangChain / LangGraph / Semantic Kernel Nice to Have: * Microsoft AI/Power Platform certifications * Intune / Autopilot * Digital Workplace / Service Desk Automation * Employee Experience / Workplace Analytics * Enterprise AI Transformation experience
