The Role As AI wave is sweeping across IT services industry, every customer and domain are embarking upon AI adoption in a significant manner. This will be an opportunity to be part of a core group of AI Engineers working on developing AI led solutions for improved productivity and efficiencies across the landscape. Your responsibilities: · Assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data · Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models, including neural networks · Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and semantic analysis · Contribute to Generative AI (GenAI) applications and experimentation · Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for deploying AI models into production environments · Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to improve model performance and reliability · Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables · Support model monitoring, debugging, and optimization in real-world applications · Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends and tools, contributing innovative ideas to the team Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: · Proficiency in Python programming · Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms · Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow (or PyTorch equivalent) · Basic knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques · Understanding of Neural Networks and deep learning fundamentals · Exposure to Generative AI concepts and LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, embeddings) · Knowledge of working with APIs and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, REST) · Preferable but not mandatory. Hands-on experience with working in HTML/CSS/JS. · Familiarity with version control systems such as Git · Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field · Academic or project experience involving ML models, NLP, or AI systems · Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous · Understanding of software engineering principles and development lifecycle · Internship, coursework, or personal projects demonstrating AI/ML application · Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Rewards \& Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
