Generative AI Engineer

Tiro Partners is working with a leading global professional services business that is investing heavily in AI and data science , and they’re looking for an AI Engineer to join their growing team. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on taking Generative AI and LLM technology from experimentation into real-world applications that deliver measurable business value. What you’ll be doing: • Build, deploy and iterate AI-powered applications • Work extensively with LLMs and Generative AI • Design datasets and develop model evaluations and fine-tuning approaches • Build production-quality applications in Python • Work across the stack, including JavaScript / React • Test solutions directly with users and iterate based on feedback • Research emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications What they’re looking for: • Strong Python engineering experience • Hands-on experience building LLM / GenAI applications • Understanding of model evaluation, datasets and fine-tuning • Solid foundations in Machine Learning and Statistics • Experience taking AI solutions into production • Strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity about AI Experience with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD and secure development would be advantageous.
