We are seeking a Business Analyst to focus on AI solutions. In this role, you will identify opportunities to enhance client journeys, improve financial outcomes, automate processes, and integrate AI capabilities within a greenfield project across key financial services functions. You will act as a bridge between technology and business teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of transformative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance client experience using digital tools and automation.
* Analyse financial performance metrics to support cost optimization and revenue growth.
* Streamline operations through automation to boost productivity and reduce risk.
* Design, implement, and manage AI solutions within financial services workflows.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across business, technology, and transformation stakeholders.
* Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Key Requirements
* 5–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst within investment banking, corporate banking or financial
services.
* Proven experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements.
* Strong process analysis and process modelling capability.
* Experience facilitating workshops and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
* Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and business implementation activities.
* Experience working within structured change or transformation programmes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience defining success criteria, benefits measures and KPI frameworks with business stakeholders.
* Experience of planning, delivering and reporting of projects – delivery being across multiple people / cross
functional teams delivering the project. Knowing what good looks like and experience of escalating
concerns before they become an issue.
