Systems, Automation \& AI Support Copper Beech Consultancy London · Full-time Copper Beech is a London-based strategic advisory firm working at the top end of hospitality - private members' clubs, luxury hotels, and lifestyle businesses - with clients and projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. We are small, growing, and international, and the way we work matters as much to us as the work itself. The role This role sits at the centre of the business. It means working alongside colleagues across membership, operations, finance and brand - understanding how each part actually works, finding where things could run better, and building the tools that help. A good deal of it is translation: turning real operational problems into practical solutions and helping people who aren't technical become comfortable and capable with these tools in their daily work. We're looking for someone who builds. You'll have been making things already - automations, workflows, small tools - because you saw a better way of doing something. You understand how these systems fit together, you're as interested in data and analytics as in efficiency, and you can explain your thinking clearly to anyone. It matters, too, that you want to help grow an international business over time, rather than simply take a job. What you've made and how you think matter more to us than your degree.
