Product Manager - Physical AI \& Infrastructure (Predictive Maintenance) London/Hybrid £85-£95k + Bonus DOE Physical AI startup 🚀 The Opportunity We are working with a fast-growing, well-funded deep-tech company revolutionising critical infrastructure using decentralised Edge AI . Following a successful funding round, we are hiring a Product Manager to lead a brand-new product from 0 to 1 with a focus on Predictive Maintenance This new platform ingests data from predictive maintenance systems, fuses it with operational models, and uses AI to automate the journey from raw alarm noise to clear asset health diagnosis, prognosis, and prescriptive action. 💻 What You’ll Do * Own the 0-to-1 Journey: Take the product from early interface prototypes to a validated, market-ready solution with early design partners. * Define AI Workflows: Build the diagnosis → prognosis → action loop, ensuring AI recommendations are explainable and trusted by operators. * Drive Integrations: Define the connector strategy to ingest data from third-party systems (BMS, DCIM, CMMS, PdM) into a unified data model. * Lead Agile R\&D: Run discovery with technical customers, manage the backlog, and lead sprint planning with engineers and data scientists. 🛠️ What We Are Looking For * Product Track Record: Proven experience as a PM/PO launching new software products from concept to deployment. * Physical AI / IoT: Experience with AI/ML products that interact with the physical world (sensors, edge devices, or industrial tech). * Domain Fluency: Background in critical infrastructure or Operational Technology (OT) environments (e.g., Data Centres, Industrial Automation, Utilities). * Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing data pipelines, integrations, and engineering trade-offs with technical teams. ✨ Nice to Have * Familiarity with reliability engineering, asset management, or Digital Twins. * Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus) or Python/SQL. This is 2 days per week in London EC1 and paying upto £95k.
