What You Will Do * Architect autonomous agentic workflows that handle complex financial reconciliations, payouts, and automated customer communications. * Design and scale a service marketplace that automates vendor onboarding, routing, and quality control through AI-driven decision-making. * Collaborate closely with operations and engineering to eliminate manual steps, treating every operational friction point as a product problem. The ideal candidate * 3+ years of PM experience in a high-growth fintech or marketplace environment, with a track record of launching products from zero. * Technical depth to engage with system design and data models, plus expertise in deploying LLM-based agents into production environments. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to design both processes and products simultaneously to drive specific margin improvements.
