* about the role About Us Forsyth Barnes are partnering with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to grow out their in-house AI capability through hiring an AI Engineer. Job Description As an AI Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools, validating any AI generated code. * Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting) * Develop AI-powered assistants for: * Quote generation * Customer analysis * Email drafting * Sales forecasting * Integrate apps with CRM systems * Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback * Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions * Ensure data security and compliance standards are met Requirements * Experience in AI Solutions Engineering * Strong Python and JavaScript skills * The ability to translate business requirements into working AI-Driven Solutions, producing production quality output whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met. * Experience with either Claude Code or Copilot Benefits Up to £50,000 salary
