Associate Product Manager (AI \& Platform) Join us in building the future of events \& fundraising technology. At Emma Live, we help charities raise millions of pounds through auctions, donations, ticketing, prize draws, fundraising pages and event management. Having already helped raise over £250 million, we're continuing to grow and are investing heavily in product and AI to make fundraising smarter, simpler and more effective. We're looking for an ambitious Associate Product Manager who is excited by technology, passionate about solving customer problems and eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their product management career in a fast-growing global SaaS business.   The Role You'll work directly with our founders, developers and customer success team to help improve and develop the Emma Live platform. No two days are the same. One day you'll be speaking to customers about new ideas, the next you'll be writing product requirements, testing new features or researching how AI could improve our platform. You'll be given real responsibility from day one while being supported by experienced founders who have built fundraising technology for over 15 years.   What You'll Be Doing * Helping prioritise product improvements. * Testing new features before release. * Sprint planning and managing product requirements. * Working closely with developers throughout each sprint. * Monitoring customer feedback and product performance. * Helping launch new features. * Keeping product documentation up to date. * Researching competitors and industry trends. * Exploring how AI can improve both our products and our internal ways of working. * Translating business goals into technical priorities and managing stakeholder expectations. * Defining and measuring product metrics against business goals. * Help shape and communicate the 3 month and 12 month product roadmap. * Work closely with the technical team to balance technical debt and feature development.   AI Matters We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about AI and already uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or Copilot to help them work smarter. You don't need to be an AI expert, but we'd love someone who enjoys experimenting and finding practical ways AI can improve products, documentation, customer support and day-to-day productivity.   HubSpot Experience Experience with HubSpot would be a bonus. We use HubSpot across sales, marketing and customer success, so an understanding of CRM systems, workflows or automation would be helpful.   What We're Looking For * 1-3 years' experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Success or a similar SaaS role. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A logical, analytical mindset. * Strong attention to detail. * An eye for design and UI/UX. * Comfortable working with software developers. * Confidence speaking with customers. * Enthusiasm for technology and AI. * A willingness to learn and take ownership. Experience with Agile, Jira, Figma, HubSpot or fundraising software would be advantageous but isn't essential.   Remuneration \& Benefits * £45,000 per annum * Annual salary review based on performance and progression * Unlimited annual leave – as long as the job gets done. * Hybrid working, with a minimum of 1 day per week in our London office.   Why Join Emma Live? You'll work on software that helps charities raise millions of pounds every year. Reporting to Jonathan Douglas, you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced founders, gain exposure to every aspect of product management and develop quickly within a growing technology business. If you're ambitious, curious and excited about AI and SaaS, we'd love to hear from you.
