What You Will Do * Map and redesign business workflows across multiple departments to identify high-value bottlenecks ripe for automation and AI intervention. * Develop and maintain sophisticated automated workflows using n8n, custom Python/JavaScript logic, and internal APIs to streamline data handoffs. * Build and deploy AI agents utilizing GPT-4 or Claude to handle structured data extraction, automated decision-making, and enhanced customer communication. The ideal candidate * Proven technical expertise in building complex business automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier alongside strong SQL proficiency. * Hands-on experience developing with LLMs, including practical knowledge of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and integrating AI models into production workflows. * Strong technical background with the ability to read API documentation and write custom scripts in Python or JavaScript for data transformation.
