Own the quality and evolution of a live agentic AI product within an ambitious early-stage technology company. The Company * AI startup transforming the £33bn property industry * Building AI agents that automate 80-90% of operational workloads * Early-stage business with equity, huge growth and unicorn ambitions The Role * Own AI product quality, evaluation and testing across a rapidly evolving platform. * Shape roadmap priorities and own features from problem definition through to launch. * Work directly with customers, Engineering and AI teams to turn real-world feedback into better products. The Need * 3–5 years Product Management experience / ideally experience within an AI business * Hands-on technical background – software development degree or job * AI-native mindset – daily AI usage, AI builder, strong product instincts and high ownership
