AI Engineer (Mid–Senior)

🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Engineer We’re a small UK software team looking for an AI Engineer who has shipped real products to real users — not just notebooks and demos. What you’ll do * Build and ship AI features end to end: prompt design, retrieval, evaluation and deployment * Turn ambitious product ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions * Own the quality bar through testing, monitoring and continuous improvement * Work directly with the founders in a fast-moving environment with short feedback loops - What we’re looking for * 5+ years of software engineering experience , with at least 4 years working on AI/ML or LLM-based products * Strong Python skills, with solid experience in APIs and cloud infrastructure * Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks and evaluation * Right to work in the UK 💰 Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability 📍 Location: Central London Nice to have * Startup or founding-team experience * A product or project you’ve built independently and put in front of real users 💡 Interested?
