AI Process Analyst

AI Process Analyst London, City Many jobs called "AI Process Analyst" are still mostly theoretical. This one is different. Two use cases are already running in production, governance is now handled internally, and the next phase is fully funded. Here, you can actually build and manage AI in a real client setting. My client is a private equity-backed tech training and consulting company. This role is part of their expanding AI team, working on a live client account where processes need redesigning so both people and AI models can focus on what they do best. You’ll team up with a business analyst from the client side who already knows the systems, data, and processes inside out. You’ll break down processes into tasks, see what’s really possible with the data, design how people and AI will work together, set up ways to evaluate results, prototype using LLM APIs and agent orchestration, and handle governance and monitoring once everything is running. This is a hands-on job focused on building and managing, not just planning. What we're looking for * Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent orchestration * SQL fluency and a solid grasp of data quality, lineage, and structured vs unstructured data * Experience with evaluation methods such as test sets, precision and recall, and human review sampling * EU AI Act literacy, or genuine appetite to get there fast * Comfortable telling stakeholders honestly where AI shouldn't be applied * Experience decomposing processes and making defensible automate/augment calls What's on offer * You’ll work on projects that are already live, not just in the pilot stage.
