Marketing, AI & Finance Intern

Location: London / Hybrid Job Type: Internship / Full-time or Part-time Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for permanent employment Salary: Competitive internship salary / dependent on experience About Us We are a growing group of companies operating across property investment and development, construction, property management and finance. Our businesses are involved in acquiring and developing property, construction and refurbishment projects, property management and providing finance to property developers and investors. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing, AI \& Finance Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across several areas of our businesses. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn how businesses operate while working directly on real projects and developing practical skills in marketing, artificial intelligence, lead generation, finance and business development. The Role You will work closely with the management team and support a variety of projects across our group of companies. Your responsibilities will include: Marketing \& Lead Generation * Researching potential clients, investors, developers, architects and business contacts * Building and maintaining lead databases * Supporting email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns * Assisting with Google Ads, PPC and digital marketing campaigns * Creating and managing social media content, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn * Researching new marketing channels and lead-generation opportunities * Tracking campaign performance and identifying ways to improve results AI \& Automation * Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve business processes * Researching and testing new AI tools for marketing, research and administration * Helping automate repetitive tasks and workflows * Using AI for market research, data analysis and content creation * Exploring ways AI can improve lead generation and internal operations Finance \& Property * Supporting financial research and analysis of property opportunities * Assisting with property investment and development calculations * Researching comparable properties, rents, values and market information * Helping prepare presentations, reports and investment summaries * Supporting the finance team with basic analysis and research What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, Data/AI, Computer Science or a related subject * Interested in AI, technology and how it can be applied to business * Commercially minded and interested in property and finance * Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets * A good researcher with strong attention to detail * Confident using online tools and learning new software * Able to work independently and take initiative * A strong communicator with good written English * Organised and able to manage multiple tasks * Entrepreneurial and willing to learn You do not need to be an expert in all three areas. We are particularly interested in someone who has a strong interest in AI and either marketing or finance and wants to develop their skills across all three.
