If you love the challenge of shipping well-tested, observable, and scalable Python systems into production—this role is for you. ✅ Skills * Python \& Software Engineering: 5+ years building, testing, and debugging clean Python code in team environments. * Production AI/ML: Real-world experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring live AI/ML systems. * System Design: Smart decision-making on batch vs. real-time processing, cost vs. speed trade-offs, and building resilient pipelines. * Cloud \& Data Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud tools, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and data pipelines. Nice-to-Haves (Big Advantage): * Applied AI \& LLMs: Experience running LLMs in production, including prompting and quality evaluation. * Workflows \& Queues: Hands-on with orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal, Airflow) or queue/worker setups. * ML Ops \& Observability: Practical experience with model packaging, versioning, and monitoring tools.
