Senior AI Solutions Engineer * Remote first - Ideally commutable to Northampton or Manchester offices * Up to £80,000 I'm partnered with a global organisation searching for several Senior AI Solutions Engineers to join a newly created AI function that has executive sponsorship and significant investment behind it. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape how AI is deployed across a complex international business operating across 60+ sectors. The organisation has grown significantly through acquisition, continues to win major contracts, and is investing heavily in emerging technologies including robotics, automation and AI. Their leadership team sees AI as a key strategic priority and is looking to build a world-class team to deliver tangible business value. The Role Joining a newly formed AI Solutions Engineering team, you'll sit between business stakeholders and technology teams, designing and delivering production-ready GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that automate and optimise back-office business processes. This is not a research or experimentation role. You'll be building real-world AI products and workflows that have a measurable impact across the organisation. You'll be responsible for: * Building production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications * Designing AI-powered automations and intelligent workflows * Partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and gather requirements * Translating business problems into scalable technical solutions * Working with AI platform, governance and product teams to deploy solutions into production * Helping establish best practices and frameworks for a brand-new AI Engineering function What They're Looking For * Experience building and deploying production AI solutions in a commercial environment * Strong software engineering foundations and hands-on development experience * Experience with LLM applications, agentic workflows or AI-powered automation * Ability to work directly with stakeholders and operate in a consultative manner * Experience taking products from concept through to deployment * Cloud experience across GCP, AWS or Azure (GCP preferred but not essential) If this sounds of interest, please apply with your CV to find out more...
