About Us Oppia UK builds AI-powered analytics products that help businesses turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. As AI capabilities evolve fast, we're investing heavily in bringing intelligent, automated analytics to our customers, and we're growing our product team to help lead that charge. About the Role We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help shape our AI-powered analytics products. You'll own features and roadmap items end-to-end, working closely with engineering, data science, and design to turn AI and analytics capabilities into products our customers rely on daily. What You'll Do * Own the roadmap and delivery for specific features within our AI-powered analytics product, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals * Translate data science and ML capabilities into clear, valuable analytics features for end users * Work closely with data scientists and engineers to shape analytics features from the ground up, define success metrics, and manage trade-offs between cost, quality, and performance * Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specs for cross-functional teams * Run discovery through user research and competitive analysis to validate ideas before committing to full builds * Define and track KPIs for AI/analytics features (e.g. adoption, accuracy, insight usage) * Partner with design on UX for data-heavy and AI-driven features, including how we present uncertainty, confidence, and anomalies clearly to users * Stay close to responsible AI practices, thinking about data privacy, bias, and transparency in what we ship * Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders across the business What We're Looking For * 3–5 years of product management experience overall, including 1–2 years working on AI/ML-powered products or features * Proven track record of shipping products or features from concept to launch * Solid understanding of how analytics and ML systems work (e.g. data pipelines, evaluation, dashboards, basic ML/LLM concepts) * Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to make decisions and define success metrics * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams in an agile environment * A user-centred mindset: you start from the problem, not the technology Nice to Have * Experience with analytics, BI, or data visualisation products specifically * Background in SaaS or B2B software * Familiarity with responsible AI/data ethics frameworks * Comfortable with SQL or querying data directly to inform decisions Benefits: * Flexitime Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
