Founding AI Engineer – Applied AI / Computer Vision - London / Hybrid We’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join an exciting pre-seed video / computer vision start-up building cutting-edge agentic workflows and AI-powered video tools used in large-scale media environments. With multiple deals signed, now is a terrific time to join. This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated AI hire in a fast-moving revenue generating startup already running frontier AI models in production. You’ll work directly with the founders, own AI engineering end-to-end, and have a major impact across product quality, infrastructure efficiency and technical direction.  We’re looking for a high calibre AI Engineer that will be a key hire where you’ll make a significant contribution to the product, with high autonomy and working on the next generation of product. What we’re looking for: * 5+ years’ experience within Applied AI / ML / MLOps * Strong Python and production AI systems experience * Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering or agentic workflows * Exposure to AI infrastructure, deployment, evals or optimisation * Startup mindset with a hands-on, product-focused approach * Computer vision / video / VFX / rendering / graphics experience beneficial What’s on offer: * £100k - £140k base + equity * Founding-level ownership * 1 day a fortnight in London * Greenfield AI engineering challenges * Direct collaboration with founders If you enjoy building practical AI systems, moving quickly and solving real-world problems with modern AI tooling then we’d love to hear from you.
