We're working exclusively with a fast-growing enterprise AI and automation consultancy to find a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers deploying agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation across enterprise ecosystems, including ServiceNow. This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role. You'll sit at the intersection of full-stack development, AI implementation, and solution delivery, turning real business problems into working AI-driven solutions and helping shape our client's growing AI platform and IP. With a major AI partnership expanding what's possible, this role isn't limited to ServiceNow-only environments. ServiceNow experience is a strong plus, not a hard requirement. What you'll be doing - Deploying and configuring agentic AI workflows and automations in live client environments Building demos, prototypes and PoCs to validate AI-driven use cases with customers Developing integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs and AI services Working alongside consultants, product teams and AI/ML engineers to translate customer needs into deployable solutions Feeding real-world learnings back into our clients' reusable AI accelerators and solution packs What we're looking for - 5-8+ years in software engineering, systems integration or automation, ideally with client-facing delivery experience Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies or AI-powered applications Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python skills Comfortable working across AWS, Azure or GCP Confident communicating technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders Nice to have - ServiceNow development, scripting or platform experience (CMDB, workflow tables, integrations) Experience with RAG systems, agent-based workflows, or vector databases/embeddings If you're an engineer who wants to build AI solutions that actually ship, working directly with customers rather than behind a product roadmap, this is a great next step.
