Their award-winning products and platforms empower go-getters around the world giving them access to over 19,000 financial market### Role Overview We are looking for an AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience who has hands-on expertise in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and modern AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI-powered development tools and building applications. Key Responsibilities * Drive software development using Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies. * Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Dark Factory and similar platforms to accelerate development. * Translate product and technical requirements into clear specifications and production-ready solutions. * Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features. * Evaluate and adopt emerging AI development tools and workflows. Required Skills * 5+ years of software engineering experience * Strong hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) * Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Dark Factory or similar tools * Strong understanding of modern software development practices, testing, and debugging Good to Have * Experience with React Native * Experience building mobile applications * Exposure to additional AI-powered development tools and workflows
