Data \& Delivery Consultant – AI/ML Disruptive European AI Consulting Firm 🧳 Client travel required across Europe 📍 Remote-first 💰 £60k - £75k plus benefits We are hiring for a fast-growing AI technology company building enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions that transform how organisations operate. This is a hybrid data and delivery role, weighted heavily towards hands-on discovery and analysis. You will explore complex client datasets, assess the feasibility of AI/ML use cases and generate the insights that shape new solutions, before supporting engineering teams as those solutions move into production. The opportunity * Analyse large, unfamiliar datasets to identify patterns and commercial opportunities * Assess data availability, quality and suitability for AI/ML applications * Validate business hypotheses through rigorous analysis * Recommend the most appropriate analytical, ML or agentic approach * Translate findings into clear requirements for engineering teams * Support product ownership and keep customers aligned throughout delivery * Help ensure solutions achieve the intended business outcome About you * 2+ years’ professional experience, including recent hands-on AI or machine learning work * Strong Python, Git and data analysis skills * Experience contributing to solutions within an engineering or product environment * Familiarity with traditional ML, NLP and emerging agentic AI patterns * Able to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences * Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working directly with clients * Fluent professional English; German would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ambiguous business problems and raw data into practical, production-ready AI solutions, while developing broader consulting, product and delivery experience.
