Description
We're looking for a Data Product Manager to turn experimentation, data science and decisioning into products that create genuinely better experiences for our members. You'll help shape the models, experiments and decision engines that power personalisation across Virgin Red. If you're excited by taking complex data and turning it into real-world decisions, you'll feel right at home.
What you’ll be getting stuck into
* Co-own the product strategy for decisioning, optimisation and data science products that power personalised experiences.
* Work alongside data scientists to take models from experimentation into reliable, scalable products used across the business.
* Lead experimentation, helping teams test ideas, learn quickly and make better decisions backed by data.
* Build reusable data products, features and signals that improve how we understand and serve our members.
* Partner with commercial, product and strategy teams to solve complex problems where customer needs, business goals and technical trade-offs all come together.
* Help shape how Virgin Red uses customer data responsibly to create smarter recommendations and more relevant experiences across our partner network.
* Balance scientific curiosity with delivering measurable outcomes that make a real difference to our members and the business.
What you’ll bring
* Experience as a Data Product Manager, or a former Data Scientist who has moved into product management.
* A strong understanding of experimentation, predictive modelling, recommendation systems and data science workflows.
* Experience taking data science products from idea through to production, with a focus on real business impact.
* Confidence working closely with data scientists, engineers and senior stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear decisions.
* A product mindset, treating models and experiments as products that evolve over time rather than one-off projects.
What you’ll get in return
We know life doesn’t stop when work starts. So we’ve built our benefits to support you - at work and beyond.
* Life

It’s all designed to help you feel your best, do your best, and enjoy the ride - with a few extra Virgin touches along the way (because we don’t really do “standard”).
The essentials
* Salary
: £93,500 – £114,500 + bonus — we’re big on transparency, so no smoke and mirrors here. We’ll always offer a salary that reflects your experience, with room to grow within the range.

We come together in the office 1-2 days a week — the rest is yours to work in your own space
Bring your whole self

If there’s anything we can do to support you through the hiring process, just let us know, we’ll always do our best to make it work for you.
We believe in using business as a force for good, creating positive change for our people, our communities and the world around us.
