What You'll Be Doing: * Building and deploying machine learning solutions and AI-powered products in production environments. * Developing cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. * Training, fine-tuning, and optimising machine learning models for real-world use cases. * Driving observability, monitoring, and incident resolution to ensure reliable AI systems. * Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape the future of the platform's AI capabilities. What We're Looking For: * 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or AI-focused Software Engineering. * Strong Python development skills with experience delivering production-quality software. * Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure. * Experience working with LLMs, model training, fine-tuning, or NLP applications. * Familiarity with modern AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.
