AI Software Engineer

The Role * Design, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions for government and enterprise clients. * Build applications, integrations, and automation using technologies such as Python and modern AI frameworks. * Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions. * Facilitate discovery workshops, technical discussions, and solution design sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Develop machine learning models, AI applications, and intelligent workflows that improve business processes. * Design scalable solution architectures and recommend the most appropriate technologies for each project. What You'll Need * Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning concepts. * Experience delivering AI or software solutions within commercial environments. * Ability to write code where required, ideally using Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies. * Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Active UK eDV Security Clearance is required.
