The Role This role expects from the candidate to Strong experience with Vercel v0 for AI-generated UI and application development. Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub, Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs. The role requires the candidate to Build intelligent applications that leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), Develop AI workflows, prompt engineering frameworks, and agentic capabilities, Implement responsible AI practices, security controls, and monitoring. About the Role * Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered web applications using Vercel v0, Next.js, React, and TypeScript. * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. * Drive rapid application development through AI-assisted tools and reusable component frameworks. * Design and develop responsive user interfaces, APIs, and cloud-native application architectures. * Integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI agent frameworks. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and development teams to deliver solutions. * Lead requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. * Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and application security guidelines. * Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud-hosted environments. * Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance. * Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles. * Evaluate emerging AI and web technologies to drive innovation and improve development productivity. * Ensure compliance with security, scalability, governance, and enterprise architecture standards. Qualifications * Deep understanding in the following functional area to drive design \& realisation phase. * Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Vercel v0, Next.js, React, and TypeScript. * Good understanding of AI-powered application development, prompt engineering, reusable UI components, and rapid prototyping. * Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and documentation. * Expertise in building responsive and scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI. * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, API integrations, authentication, and serverless architectures. * Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, and AI Agent frameworks. * Good understanding of RAG, vector databases, and conversational AI solutions. * Hands-on experience with cloud deployment using Vercel, Azure, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of application security, including OAuth, SSO, API Security, and OWASP best practices. * Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis. * Ability to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams. Preferred Skills * 10+ Years experience with Vercel v0 for AI-assisted application and UI development. * Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks. * Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel. * Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Vercel platforms. * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. * Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and system integrations. * Knowledge of application security standards including OAuth 2.0, SSO, OIDC, and OWASP.
