Connect to your opportunity As an Associate Director within our SAP practice, you will have the opportunity to shape strategic client engagements, develop innovative AI-enabled solutions and build market-leading capabilities across Deloitte's Technology \& Transformation business. Your role will involve: * Leading large-scale SAP-enabled transformation programmes with a focus on AI, automation, intelligent business operations and measurable value realisation. * Leading the design and deployment of Agentic AI solutions across complex enterprise landscapes, enabling intelligent orchestration and increasingly autonomous execution of business processes. * Helping clients define and implement operating models that leverage SAP Joule and Joule Agents to augment workforce productivity, accelerate decision-making and automate business outcomes. * Helping clients define and deliver their AI transformation strategy across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR and Enterprise Operations. * Advising senior client stakeholders on AI opportunities, business value cases, enterprise transformation roadmaps and investment decisions. * Driving adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud and trusted enterprise data foundations to enable scalable AI solutions and agent-based workflows. * Identifying opportunities to combine SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI, Joule Agents, AI copilots, automation and analytics to create measurable business value and productivity improvements. * Leading multidisciplinary teams across business consulting, technology, data, analytics and engineering to deliver innovative client outcomes. * Designing and governing AI-enabled operating models that combine people, process, technology, data and autonomous agents. * Leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, analytics and emerging technologies to transform end-to-end processes. * Establishing governance frameworks covering AI risk, regulatory compliance, responsible AI, security and value realisation. * Leading programme management activities to ensure complex transformation programmes are delivered successfully and achieve expected business benefits. * Managing diverse delivery teams across onshore, offshore and third-party environments. * Developing Deloitte's SAP AI, Agentic AI and Joule Agents propositions, assets and thought leadership in a rapidly evolving market. As an Associate Director, SAP AI \& Agentic Transformation Lead, you will help shape the future of AI-powered enterprises, guiding clients through the adoption of SAP Business AI, Agentic AI and autonomous business processes while ensuring value realisation, governance and sustainable business outcomes. Connect to your skills and professional experience To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Leadership and Transformation * Significant experience leading complex SAP-enabled transformation programmes across multiple industries. * Proven ability to shape strategic transformation agendas and influence executive stakeholders. * Strong experience managing large delivery teams across global and distributed environments. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the gravitas to engage senior executives and board-level stakeholders. * Experience building, mentoring and developing high-performing teams. SAP and Enterprise Transformation * Deep knowledge of SAP products and platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business AI. * Extensive experience designing and delivering end-to-end ERP and enterprise transformation programmes. * Strong understanding of business process transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and shared services. * Experience defining transformation roadmaps, target operating models and business value realisation frameworks. AI, Agentic AI and Innovation * Experience delivering AI-enabled business transformation initiatives within large enterprises. * Experience shaping and delivering Agentic AI strategies within complex enterprise environments. * Understanding of SAP Joule, Joule Agents and the emerging SAP Agentic AI ecosystem. * Experience designing AI-enabled operating models that combine human expertise with autonomous AI agents. * Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation and AI-driven process execution within enterprise environments. * Understanding of Business Data Cloud, enterprise data products and data foundations required to support trusted AI adoption at scale. * Experience identifying, prioritising and industrialising AI use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency gains. * Knowledge of intelligent automation, machine learning, predictive analytics and Generative AI applications within enterprise environments. * Experience balancing AI innovation with governance, risk management, security and responsible AI principles. Programme Leadership * Expertise in programme governance, risk management, dependency management and transformation delivery excellence. * Experience leading large-scale, business-critical programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. * Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance innovation with delivery certainty.
